What you need to know before booking your Buggy Safari

CHRISTOS IOAN. ROVITHIS operates the Sisi Buggy Adventures excursion from Sisi, Lasithi, Crete (ELGEMI.025305941000 · Lassithi Chamber Reg. No: 10850).
These terms govern the rights and obligations of every participant in the Sisi Buggy Safari excursion. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.
Bookings may be made online via excursionsincrete.com, by phone at (+30) 284 107 1712, or by email at bookings@sisibuggyadventure.gr.
A booking is confirmed only after a booking confirmation is issued. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
The binding price is the one stated in the booking confirmation. All prices are quoted in Euros and include Greek VAT where applicable.
A valid driving licence is required to operate the buggy. Passengers do not require a licence. Participants must be in good physical health and inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions or mobility restrictions that may affect their ability to participate safely.
Children are welcome as passengers. Participants accept that the excursion involves off-road terrain and physical activity; appropriate footwear and clothing are strongly recommended.
Any participant who arrives impaired by alcohol or substances will not be permitted to join the excursion and no refund will be issued.
Included: Transportation, professional guide, professional tour leader, and traditional lunch at a local taverna in Sisi.
Not included: Additional meals and drinks beyond the included lunch, entrance fees to sites visited (if applicable), personal expenses, travel insurance.
Participants are advised to carry their own travel insurance covering outdoor excursion activities.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the excursion price.
No-shows (failure to appear at the meeting point at the scheduled departure time without prior notice) are not entitled to a refund.
In the event that the excursion is cancelled by us due to weather conditions, insufficient participants or circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
All participants must follow the safety briefing provided by the guide at the start of the excursion. Instructions given by the guide during the tour must be followed at all times.
Reckless driving, leaving the group without permission, or behaviour that endangers the safety of others is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the excursion without refund.
Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the buggy or property through negligent or reckless use beyond normal wear.
Sisi Buggy Adventures carries the required liability insurance for excursion operators under Greek law. This does not cover personal accident, medical expenses or personal belongings of participants.
Participants join the excursion at their own risk for events that arise from their own conduct, failure to follow instructions, or pre-existing medical conditions.
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain travel insurance covering outdoor activities before booking.
In cases of extreme weather, natural events or circumstances beyond our control that make it unsafe to proceed, we reserve the right to cancel or alter the excursion route. Where cancellation is our decision, a full refund will be offered.
Minor weather variations that do not materially affect the excursion do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
During the excursion, photos or video may be taken by our team for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any such material, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.
Personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Greek data protection law, solely for the purposes of booking management, communication and legal compliance.
Data will not be shared with third parties except where required for the delivery of the excursion or by law.

We will respond to every complaint in good faith within a reasonable time.
These terms are governed by Greek Law. The competent courts are the courts of Lasithi, Crete, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes any right protected by mandatory law.
